As part of our Services, we provide AI Products via third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Google Cloud AI. Your inputs/outputs and personal information may be shared with and processed by these providers to enable the AI Products for purposes outlined in Section 3.

Our AI Products may support:
  • Text analysis and natural language processing
  • Calendar event suggestions and scheduling optimization
  • Task prioritization and recommendations
  • Machine learning models for predictive scheduling
  • AI-generated insights and reminders
Important Disclaimers:
  • No Accuracy Guarantee: AI-generated suggestions, predictions, and recommendations may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unreliable. We make no representations about the accuracy of AI outputs.
  • Verification Required: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it.
  • Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of AI features is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI errors or inaccuracies.
  • Third-Party Processing: AI Service Providers process your data under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their handling of your information.
  • No Liability: We disclaim all liability for missed appointments, scheduling errors, or any other consequences resulting from AI-generated content.

You must not use the AI Products in ways that violate the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider. All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with this Privacy Notice and our agreements with third parties, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymize your information, or securely store and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers and some mobile OS/apps include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature. No uniform industry standard exists for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, and we do not currently respond to them. If a standard is adopted, we will update this Privacy Notice.

California law requires disclosure of our DNT practices; we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.

Appeals

California “Shine the Light”

California Civil Code §1798.83 permits California residents to request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) disclosed to third parties for direct marketing and the names/addresses of those third parties.
